It kind of seems like this is a direct consequence of cutting the Medicare Advantage plans by $150 billion.

So that is taken away from our seniors, the Medicare Advantage plans.

In my opinion, Medicare Advantage is working, and it is important to hold hearings like this to learn from those successes.
