The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 58, after line 22, insert the following new subparagraph: (C) Additional report.--The Secretary of Energy shall transmit to Congress a report on the potential commercial use of carbon capture, utilization, and storage technologies (including enhanced oil recovery), its potential effects on the economy and gross domestic product (GDP), and its contributions to the United States greenhouse gas emission reduction goals if widely utilized at major carbon dioxide- emitting power plants.
