I thank the chairman very much for yielding me additional time. Again, I am just proud that the version of this bill that will help our low-income residents all across this country will be passed into law. There are so many other things that I could talk about, but I just have to tell you, in closing, there are people who are out there hurting. They are making life-and-death decisions every day and having to choose between whether or not they are going to eat or pay for their prescription drugs. This is unacceptable in this country.
