Lands comprising the N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 31, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., 2nd Principal Meridian, are, subject to valid existing rights, hereby added to and made a part of the Hoosier National Forest, Indiana.

Through the process of law, we shall strike for all time the shackles of an old injustice.
Our work is not done until that answer is found, even if the process requires years of our lives.
