Section 2 of that Order, placing certain positions in level V of the Federal Executive Salary Schedule, is amended
Now it becomes the people's direct responsibility.
He is that rarest of all visitors to this house--a man who is nonpolitical by law.
The world must take action to provide sufficient reserves for this growth.
