Sometimes a nation must do what it would not choose to do.
In my own country we are awaiting the development of a great many worthwhile causes until we can reduce our military expenditures.
For the friendship between our nations is a very great and a very special treasure to us.
That cooperation has shown the world that our purposes are the same.
