Ambassador Bunker will be returning to South Vietnam when our meetings here are concluded.

Our work is not done until that answer is found, even if the process requires years of our lives.

Our aim at this season is to sift the hope from the turbulence, so that hope may grow unfettered.

I call upon the Congress now to complete its work of hope for millions of Americans who now look to it for action.
