Men like this have seen our country through every crisis that has ever confronted our Nation.
I deeply believe that this Nation will continue to play its part in helping to protect and to develop the New Asia.
Nowhere else--in no other society on this earth--are so many so devoted to leaving this earth better than they found it.
He is that rarest of all visitors to this house--a man who is nonpolitical by law.
