This order supersedes Executive Order No. 10402 of October 30, 1952, entitled 'Enforcement of the Convention for Safety of Life at Sea, 1948,' to the extent that the International Convention for Safety of Life at Sea signed at London on June 17, 1960, replaces and abrogates the International Convention for Safety of Life at Sea signed at London on June 10, 1948.
