I appreciated your comments. You have no problem with States that, if they want to be more restrictive in their requirements for fracking or anything else, that is why Jeff Sessions in the Senate, and I and several other lawmakers are pushing to just let States be the ones who oversee the hydraulic fracking process.
Gohmert supports state oversight of fracking regulations over federal control.
