Again, Mr. Altmire is owed a great debt of thanks. When my friend from Tennessee said this was a bipartisan bill, apparently it's the most bipartisan bill ever brought before the House. It's wonderful that a group like the American Legion could bring us together, and I appreciate Mr. Altmire's efforts in doing that. I would urge my colleagues to support its passage.
