One of the things I love about being on the same committee with the gentleman from Utah is he may not be a lawyer, but he has incredible insight and discernment and can shoot right to the crux of an issue. So when we do that, as the gentleman has asked, and we look at page 91 of the House bill, and I have asked others, look at the 11-page summary the President proposed and then look at the 19-page summary of the summary that the White House gave to us, both the 11- page summary and the White House 19-page summary of the summary, and see if you can tell if one single letter of the law under section 202 of the House bill is changed. I have been told by attorneys that have looked at it, it does not appear the President is proposing any change to page 91 of the House bill. So when you look for the answer, Do you keep your insurance?, well, you look to the language. And the language is this: ``Section 202, Protecting the Choice to Keep Current Coverage. ``(a) Grandfathered Health Insurance Coverage Defined. Grandfathered health insurance coverage means individual health insurance coverage that is offered and in force and effect before the first day of Y1 if the following conditions are met.'' And Y1 is just the day that the new bill starts.…
