And actually, that was back around the time I became a district judge in Texas. And I didn't learn until I was here in Congress just recently that they had ever passed such a law. There was a Democratic majority in the House, a Democratic majority in the Senate. I can't imagine why they were thinking they had to protect our military members from themselves when we give them far more lethal weapons--I mean, you give somebody an RPG.
