I love having a new Congressman here who's so good at math. The question is: We have heard repeatedly that the majority wants to have a green economy like that in Spain. Now we've heard from Spain, and it turns out they're having to abandon their green effort at a green economy because they have determined that, every time they created one green job, they lost two regular jobs in the economy. I was just wondering if the gentleman from Georgia would make a calculation and figure out how long it would take us to get to the 4 percent unemployment rate if we were to lose two jobs for every one job the majority were to create under their green plan.
