I just wanted to make sure the record was clear. My dear friend from Maryland said there were those on this side who wanted to welsh on our debt, and that's not the case. The thing that we want to do is stop incurring debt. We are all about being good for the debt we incur. We don't want to welsh on any agreements. I didn't ask my friend for time, so my time is very limited. I just wanted to correct the record. We're not out to welsh on anything. We're here to say, let's quit incurring debt. That's the whole point.
