Cooperation, not competition, is the solution to the offshore tax abuse problem.
Just relying on the goodwill of polluters at home and abroad will not solve this program, is not a solution.
We would be much better off using the tax system in trying to get these moneys back into the hands of people most directly affected.
Just say no or its companion, Just say higher taxes, or its cousin, Just say higher energy cost, is not a policy.
I think that our taxpayers ought to be getting more money--more benefit from the dollars being spent there than we have.
