There is a tremendous amount of money, often for the same purpose; the American opportunity tax credit is a tax expenditure that I support, but I think it has to be continually evaluated.

I know that your plans, and this is so different; in fact, it is a total reversal of the last 8 years because you have a plan that is based on science rather than just based on rhetoric and ideology.
I do think that the Administration understands that, to get economic recovery, we need educational advancement.
In Washington, we know him as Tom the Hammer. But here, it's Tom the Knife, who would carve up our state and split and divide our communities.
