My concern is that, as the gentleman just pointed out, and I could not agree with him more, that all 50 States would like to send their garbage to Texas. My guess is that with the kind of hospitality that they are being shown by Governor Bush and others who have been even more silent than he has, that they will all have a chance to put Sierra Blanca on the map. It is a small place, heavily Hispanic, very poor. It is one of those places you can drive through and hardly know you have been through it when you are going down I-10 on the way to El Paso. It is going to be a point on the dot that they know about in Alaska and Vermont and Michigan and New York and all over this country, because it is going to be send your nuclear garbage there. Get a little bit in there now and a whole lot later when we amend the application.
