I believe that this is the same bill that was submitted to the Committee on Rules last night and the night before and that they rejected last night, or perhaps it was 2:30 or 3:00 this morning. It is the only genuine Medicare plan that is before us. We have been denied an opportunity to see it other than at this point. She is really in the reading just getting to the good part, which is the plan itself that will provide real benefit. Mr. Speaker, I would object to suspending the reading.
