Let me, if I might, just on that point quantify, because we had some excellent testimony the other day in our Ways and Means Subcommittee on Social Security from Marty Ford representing the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities. She pointed out that for the average wage earner, much as the gentleman was saying for the law enforcement officer, for the average wage earner with a family, Social Security that we have today, the insurance benefits, are the equivalent of a $300,000 life insurance policy or a $200,000 disability insurance policy. I think that is the kind of benefit that we are talking about that many people, a small business owner of the type our colleague from Florida was mentioning, an individual employee could not go out and afford to buy that kind of policy. But with all of us working together in this government program, everyone gets that policy of disability insurance and of life insurance.
