Now, the gentleman from California mentioned that there are other measures besides this amendment which only keeps us from wasting a certain amount of public moneys in support of death that ought to be taken. Are there going to be any of those measures coming out of the subcommittee that the gentleman from California has served on and focused so much attention in prior Congresses to this tremendous tobacco epidemic in the country?
