In short, we have been there and done that in this House, have not we? We have already had a vote on that very proposal which was really a plan not to help the seniors of this country but to help the insurance companies to reach out and touch someone, but in this case it was to touch and subsidize insurance companies and assist them but to leave out the vast majority of what we might call the working-class or middle-class seniors that worked to build this into the greatest country in the world, but they just have been left out of the Republican plan. Is not that correct?
