The focus is on the same type of oil-polluting industries where we have put most of our resources in the past. Energy security is national security. It is time we focused on renewable energy. Instead, this bill is not so much an energy policy as it is a collection of unjustified tax breaks, loopholes, and dodges masquerading as an energy policy.”
