They may well take us, in the month of February, right to brink of fiscal disaster, to default on this Government's full faith and credit. And when they get there to the cliff, if they mishandle this whole issue of Government default the way they have mishandled the governance in this House for the last year where they have accomplished so little after expending so much time here on the floor of this House, then we may actually fall into default.
