I was wondering how the gentlewoman would react to a statement, and we have covered many of the various outrageous statements that Speaker Gingrich has made on the subject, but how the gentlewoman would react to a statement I understand he made this month that in order to understand what has happened with teenage smoking, this is not complicated. It has nothing to do with Joe Camel. He made that statement, apparently.
