Mr. Speaker, one addition to this bill from 2008 deals with the question of Medicare fraud. I yield 4 minutes to the gentleman from Oregon (Mr. Blumenauer), the cosponsor of legislation dealing with that and a member of the Ways and Means Health Subcommittee, to discuss this important addition.
