They sat here until election eve because they were not concerned about these procedures; you were concerned about gaining political advantage with the millions of Americans who are genuinely concerned about the question of abortion. And, of course, my colleagues and their Republican antichoice militants, they have a broader pledge. Their pledge is to end every abortion, even when it results from rape, even when it results from incest.”
