Of course, Mr. Speaker, the gentlewoman referred to partisanship. There is nothing partisan about the fact that six or seven prior Secretaries of the U.S. Treasury, Republicans and Democrats, have basically said, ``Don't do this. This is too important to play political games. Do what is right for the future of this country,'' a concern that I know is shared by my colleague, the gentleman from Hawaii.
