Let me say, I believe this is one of the most impressive, it can't be discounted as a Democratic group, because the gentleman is aware that the Concord Coalition is a bipartisan, nonpartisan group that has a Republican and Democratic co-Chairs. And they have said, again, in black and white, ``Thus, to be clear, the budget resolution does not call for or require a tax increase.'' It just demonstrates this imaginary demon that they have over here, which is about all they can unite around.
