I, too, believe this is commonsense legislation, and I am pleased to see it brought to the floor today. I support H.R. 4719, and I urge my colleagues to join me in passing this important, bipartisan legislation. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentlewoman from Texas (Mrs. Fletcher) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 4719, as amended. The question was taken.
