I support the amendment and urge my colleagues to support it as well.

I believe we can get to an agreement with the Small Business Committee and bring this bill to the House floor.

The Manager's Amendment makes technical corrections and minor changes to the bill.

I want to thank Perlmutter for substantially improving the legislation.
