First of all, I want to thank the gentleman from California, Mr. Knight, for introducing this legislation.
I believe we can get to an agreement with the Small Business Committee and bring this bill to the House floor.
The Manager's Amendment makes technical corrections and minor changes to the bill.
For all these reasons, I support this amendment, and not only ask my colleagues to do the same, but I want to recognize the gentleman from Colorado, Mr. Perlmutter, and give him credit for these changes as well.
