Do you see Navy bases overseas coming back, and is that something that is going to figure into your BRAC and our Military Construction decisions in the future?
It just seems that if you're going to have by April of next year, at the very latest, an idea where you're going to move them, it surely would help if we could not wait for the whole BRAC process.
I think that's a very important new concept, and we need to have the nice places for them to be.
I would just like to follow-up and ask General Fox, would you say that Vandenberg is still a priority, as it was last year?
I would hope that your services would look at the fact that you're operating out of a 60 year old building.
