Kay Bailey Hutchison is a former U.S. Senator from Texas, serving from 1993 to 2013. A member of the Republican Party, she was the first woman to represent Texas in the Senate. This budget request, in the context of the FY 2007 Continuing Resolution, is not an adequate budget.
