So would we be looking at something that would go to Mars while maybe the Curiosity might still be working, but yet anot...
Nobody is challenging America COMPETES. Nobody is challenging the need for Federal help on this.
We have got to be a reliable partner in order to keep an alliance like that going.
So we need to get seven people in that station.
