I will, Mr. President. Mr. McCAIN. The Senator from Texas, I am just wondering if a view that she might have might be that we have been terribly overworked this week. I understand we cancelled our Fourth of July recess in order to get back here and get to work and do the people's business. Is it correct that was the second vote that we have taken? One was an instruction of the Sergeant at Arms, and this one, another highly controversial issue that was taken up. I guess my question to the Senator from Texas is, Has this week been a worthwhile expenditure of the taxpayers' dollars?
