I think it is warranted that we look ahead. The aviation industry is going to come back, and we need to make sure we have the expedited environmental procedures for building new runways and help communities be able to meet the needs of increased demand when that occurs. If we can do that before a crisis, it will help us allow airports to grow in an environmentally positive way. In a way, that can be handled by the community effectively. I think this bill is a good bill. I have worked on it as the former chairman of the Aviation Subcommittee and now as a member of the Aviation Subcommittee. I think it is very important that we look at the major issues of security. I commend the committee for keeping the Security Trust Fund, which I think is so important. People pay a ticket tax for security. I want to make sure this ticket tax goes for security purposes. That is what this bill does.
