I would also say that this shouldn't be a political bill. This should be a bill that is hammered out on the floor and that does have bipartisan amendments because it is complicated. It does have to fit together a lot of different needs, different regulatory standards, different types of banks and financial institutions and nonbank financial institutions. I hope it is going to be a product that--regardless of how big the vote is--will make the system better. I think this process has been the best I have seen this year in accommodating different concerns that have been raised by both sides. So I thank the chairman and the ranking member for that.
