Yes. I say to the distinguished chairman that we are obviously saying to the Department of Defense that we want to improve the TRICARE system if they find that it is feasible to do so. Obviously, they are going to have to find it feasible. But the priorities that are set will improve TRICARE and particularly allow immediately--well, when the amendment takes effect a year from now. But there will be no cost to allowing people to be able to go to another base and keep their TRICARE system in place. There is no cost in that.
