“I will close by saying that when we are talking about lowering the number of voices in the media, we should proceed with caution. Voting for this resolution of review says to the FCC: You went too far in some respects--not every respect. We may disagree on the areas, but you need to listen more to Congress and to the people who have spoken. I hope people will vote yes, and I hope the FCC will be responsive.”
