I appreciate very much that the Senator is on the Intelligence Committee and that he knows the sensitivities and all of the stakeholders we must work with in order to do the right thing for our country, both in the private sector as well in our government infrastructure. As always, the Senator from North Dakota is a person who is a visionary and one who looks out for the best interest of our country, and I hope we come together on this bill.
