I'm in favor of this act.

I have visited U.S. troops in harm's way in every conflict that we had when I was in the Senate.

I co-sponsored the original COMPETES Act and I continue to support it today.

At the end of the day, Rhode Island businesses will be able to compete on a level playing field.
