I think the chairman is exactly right. In fact, if we helped these small stripper wells and these little guys so they could afford to go back in and drill again, we would be creating the same number of barrels as we import from Saudi Arabia. They could produce 250,000 barrels almost immediately if they knew there was a policy that would protect them against a drop because then they could afford to make the investment.
