BP is spending millions, hundreds of millions of dollars on PR; what they ought to be doing is putting money in their pockets.

If we can rebuild cities in foreign and sometimes hostile countries, we need to make them deliver upon a commitment to our fellow U.S. citizens.

These communities deserve protection. They are part of our community. They are part of our country.

We need the federal government to cut the red tape. We need the -- the President to exercise his executive authority and say, cut through the red tape. We don't have a minute to waste.
