The bill is sitting on the podium right in front of the gentleman, if he wants to read it, and furthermore, I would say the bill has been out since the subcommittee reported it out last November. So if any Member has not read it, it is not the fault of the subcommittee. Madam Speaker, I urge Members to vote for the bill and do a good deed for this body and this institution.
