Reclaiming my time, let us get this pinned down. Is it or is it not the case that your amendment would say that a person who crossed the border at an early age and later in life married an American citizen, could not come in the country to live with his American citizen spouse because the Tate amendment said the rest of his life he is banned. Is not that what it means? That is what it means. Mr. Chairman, I reserve the balance of my time.
