I would observe that the same taxpayers that the gentleman from Georgia, Mr. Deal, was speaking of would have to pay the cost of the law enforcement which would result from having all these kids on the street, the cost of the schools checking the citizenship of every kid in the school in an effort to find a handful who might not be here legally, and all the other attendant costs. That is why these institutions all oppose this approach.
