The warmer weather means we are going to see more mosquitoes, and we need to get this on the President's desk as soon as possible. The President himself asked for $1.9 billion in funding and is calling this a public health emergency, but our Democratic friends blocked it because they are sore losers in a conference negotiation report that they don't like.
