This bill took us a while to get through but ultimately garnered unanimous support from this Chamber with a vote of 99 to 0. I am happy to report that the House of Representatives will take up and pass this bill later on today, and this vital legislation will then head to the President for his signature. I thank my colleague and friend and fellow Texan, Representative Ted Poe of Houston, for serving as the chief House sponsor for this legislation.
