I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 206, S. 870. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The bill clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 870) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to implement Medicare payment policies designed to improve management of chronic disease, streamline care coordination, and improve quality outcomes without adding to the deficit. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Finance, with an amendment to strike all after the enacting clause and insert in lieu thereof the following: SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) Short Title.--This Act may be cited as the ``Creating High-Quality Results and Outcomes Necessary to Improve Chronic (CHRONIC) Care Act of 2017''. (b) Table of Contents.--The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents. TITLE I--RECEIVING HIGH QUALITY CARE IN THE HOME Sec. 101.
