it is my privilege on behalf of the Texas delegation to introduce to the 109th Congress the Honorable Shelly Sekula Gibbs, Dr. Gibbs. She is a dermatologist in Houston, Texas. She serves on the Houston City Council at large. She has been active in the Ellington Field task force to help renovate that part of Houston, Texas. She is a fifth-generation Texan. She has two children, two stepchildren, and, I think, three grandchildren. She is married to a graduate of Waco High School, which is the high school that I graduated from. She is going to do great honor to the 22nd Congressional District of Texas for the rest of the 109th Congress and it is with a great deal of personal Texas pride that I introduce to this body the Honorable Shelley Sekula Gibbs.
